They often ask us why they should prefer us to other automation companies, the answer is not because we are better than others or because we cost less.

The correct answer is that we are the only company specialising in the automation of the entire line of plastic compound production and management of mixed salt.

We know the production process like you and as a result we can handle all the machines in the process itself.

We have such a profound knowledge of these machines because we work closely with the manufacturers of the machines themselves. Often the customer buys the “naked” machine by the manufacturer and asks us to do the management software, without this affecting the warranty of the machine.

Thanks to the MyFlexPlant method, the control of these machines is integrated in the same dosing plant supervision software.

What changes are the modules that are enabled and configured.

Each customer has its own way of producing, the program must adapt to the production.

In the rubber world, for example, if you make large productions with reduced cycle times, see tires, the software allows you to program the whole cycle control in just a few steps of the mixer to have guaranteed repeatability.

On the contrary, if you make small or special productions with the use of different components at different times in the cycle, the same program allows up to 80 independent steps for uncompromising flexibility.

Also in the case of a turbo mixer for PVC, the integrated functions allow you to control the cycle by time, temperature and current, to load the components in different phases from more scales and belts to offer you the maximum of choices and adapt the production to the specifications of the more particular product.

These are functions developed over years of installations and experiences with machine manufacturers and customer companies.
